Playing the golden example run: one brief, about 4.5 hours of build compressed into seconds.

  • Not a design tool
  • Not an AI chat builder
  • Not production software

The step before Figma, Lovable, Cursor or a dev team.

The pitch problem

Clients struggle to say yes to documents and pictures.

Getting from a client's idea to something they can react to takes weeks of workshops, mockups, proposals and back-and-forth. Most of it is unpaid pitch work, done before you know whether the prospect will go ahead.

The usual routeweeks

Weeks of speculative work

  1. wk 1Discovery workshop and notes
  2. wk 2Mockups and a proposal deck
  3. wk 3Back-and-forth on pictures nobody can click
  4. wk 4“Let us think about it.”
With ydemosone day

One brief, then something real

  1. Write one brief: what it does, who uses it, the must-haves, how it should look
  2. Walk away while it builds, in about four to five hours
  3. Review it, then share it on your own link
  4. Your client clicks, circles and comments. The next meeting is about something real.

How it works · one real run

Make. Share. Refine.

Brief in, demo out. Your client marks up what they want. Here's one real run, using Cedarline Digital's brief for a fitness studio's booking app.

Watch it as an 80-second film

01 · Make

One structured brief. No prompting.

A short form, not a chat. You say what the app does, who uses it, the must-have features and how it should look. Then you submit and walk away. Nobody will ask you questions mid-build.

  • Each must-have becomes a traceable requirement (BR-01, BR-02…)
  • Reference links guide the look and are never treated as instructions
  • The submitted brief can't be changed while its run is active

A build you can watch, but never have to steer.

Seven phases run unattended. Each one shows its status, the requirements it covers and a preview once that preview has passed validation. If something goes wrong we say so plainly. We don't fake a finish.

  • Email when it starts, if it's blocked or fails, and when it's ready. Not at every step.
  • “Complete” means the completion gate passed: every deliverable present, every must-have traced, the app runs, every role logs in
  • Standard build time is about four to five hours. It's not a guarantee for every brief.

Your link. Your brand. Your call.

You review the package, confirm a five-point checklist and then switch the link on. The demo goes live on your own verified domain, fully white-labelled. Your client needs no account and sees no ydemos branding.

  • Sharing stays off until the domain is verified and HTTPS is ready. There's no fallback URL.
  • Your client sees a neutral notice: “AI-generated demo; discuss it with Cedarline Digital”
  • Walk through it together live, or let them explore in their own time

04 · Refine

Feedback pinned to the exact screen and element.

Your client clicks any part of the app, circles or draws on it, adds a note and sends it, live or in their own time. You get the note with its exact location and, if they agreed to analytics, what they looked at.

  • Notes are for your review. They never trigger an automatic edit or rebuild.
  • View stats are collected only after the client agrees, and declining never blocks the demo
  • Sessions stay anonymous. We never guess who someone is.

Nine deliverables. One brief.

The working app is the centrepiece. Everything around it is there so you can explain the idea and take it further. The deliverables are consistent with each other and traceable back to your brief.

Objective, users and roles, requirements, sitemap, journeys, scope and build direction.

  2. 02

    Brand system

Colour, type, spacing and component styling, applied consistently across every artefact.

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Landing page

A responsive page in the generated brand, with copy grounded in your brief.

  5. 05

    UX flows

Journeys for every role, with entry points, decisions, empty and error states.

  6. 06

    Wireframes

Every screen the must-have flows need, each tagged with its requirement.

  7. 07

    Full build plan

Structure, data entities, role access, sequence, tests and known limits.

  8. 08The centrepiece

    Working app with role logins

A polished app with a demo login for every type of user and realistic, fictional data.

  9. 09

    Exportable file bundle

A ZIP with source, assets, documents and a README. Yours to keep and take further.

Your client sees your domain, your agency name and the neutral AI disclosure. Nothing else.

A quiet studio desk at the end of the day, set up for reviewing work together
After 14:02The pitch, the relationship and the next build stay with you.

What stays human

You run the pitch. We make the thing you pitch with.

You choose what to pitch, run the client conversation, interpret CX-Pen feedback and take the files into Figma, Cursor or a dev team. A demo makes an idea easy to react to. It doesn't decide what your client should fund.

Agency Owner
Signs up, pays, invites the team, sees every demo.

Honest by design

You put your name on it, so we check it first.

Sharing an AI-built demo puts your client relationship on the line. These rules exist so you're never caught out.

  • A real completion gate

We only call it done when every deliverable is present, every must-have is traced, the app runs and every role logs in.

  • Blocked means blocked

If a safety or build problem stops a reliable delivery, the run is marked blocked or failed, with the evidence. It’s never dressed up as finished.

  • No invented requirements

Anything we infer is labelled as an inference. It never appears as a decision your client made.

  • Fictional data only

Every seeded person and record is made up. No real people’s data, no real payments, no live third-party connections.

  • You review before anyone sees it

A five-point checklist with linked evidence. The client link stays off until you confirm it.

  • Clear with your client

They see a neutral AI disclosure under your name. Analytics only run with their consent. No ad pixels, ever.

Refund rule. If we don't deliver a package that passes the completion gate within the 300-minute hard limit, for reasons on our side, the agency owner can request a full refund within 14 calendar days. An admin reviews every request.

Questions

The fair questions.

More on builds, sharing, data and ownership in the full FAQ.

Read the full FAQ
Q1Do I have to prompt or guide the build?

No. You submit one structured brief and walk away. There are no prompts, revision rounds or meetings during production, and we don’t ask you questions mid-run. If something is too ambiguous to deliver reliably, the run is marked blocked or failed. It’s never quietly filled in with guesses.

Q2Is it really done in four to five hours?

The standard build time is about four to five hours. The plan is 4 hours 30 minutes, with a hard limit of 300 minutes. That’s a target, not a guarantee for every brief, and you can watch each phase on your dashboard.

Q3Will my client see ydemos anywhere?

No. The demo runs on your own verified domain with no ydemos name, logo, link or fallback URL. Your client sees a neutral line: “AI-generated demo; discuss it with [your agency]”.

Q4Does client feedback change the demo automatically?

Never. CX-Pen notes come to your inbox, pinned to the exact screen and element. You decide what they mean and what happens next.

Q5Is this production software?

No. It’s a polished working demo with fictional data, and it’s the step before Figma, Lovable, Cursor or a dev team. The file bundle gives you a real starting point to take further.
