About · Your Demos
Your ideas. Your prototypes. Your demos.
We built ydemos for the studios that pitch every month and are tired of selling ideas with decks. One brief goes in, a working demo comes out, and the next meeting is about something real.
The story
Pitch work shouldn't be weeks of unpaid guessing.
Every agency knows the loop. A promising client has an idea. You run a workshop, draw mockups, write a proposal and go back and forth, often for weeks and usually before anyone has agreed to pay. Then the client looks at a document full of pictures and says they need to think about it.
The problem isn't the idea or the agency. Clients struggle to say yes to documents and pictures. They need something they can click, something that behaves like the thing they're being asked to fund.
Your Demos closes that gap. The agency writes one brief: what the app does, who uses it, the must-have features and how it should look. Then they walk away. About four to five hours later there's a strategy and product blueprint, a brand system and logo, a landing page, UX flows, wireframes, a full build plan, a polished working app with a demo login for every type of user, and every file to keep.
No prompting. No revision rounds. No meetings.
Mission
Be the step before Figma, Lovable, Cursor or a dev team, so everything after it starts from something real.
We're not a design tool, an AI chat builder or production software. We make the first tangible thing. What happens next is your call.

The journey
Make. Share. Refine.
Brief in, demo out
One structured brief starts an unattended build. You can see the phase status and requirement traceability, and you're never asked to steer it.
Your link, your brand
After your review, the demo goes live on your own verified domain, fully white-labelled. Walk through it together or let your client explore alone.
Feedback on the thing itself
Your client circles, draws and comments with CX-Pen. Each note is tied to the exact screen and element and comes to you for review.

What stays human
We make the demo. You own the pitch.
The agency chooses what to pitch, runs the client conversation, interprets CX-Pen feedback and takes the files into Figma, Cursor or a dev team. We never contact your client, never treat their notes as instructions, and never claim a demo is ready for production.
How we earn your trust
Principles we build to.
Complete means complete
A demo is only delivered when every deliverable is present, every must-have traces back to your brief, the app runs and every role's demo login works.
Blocked runs say so
If a safety or build problem prevents a reliable delivery, the run is marked blocked or failed, with the evidence. It's never polished up to look finished.
Your brief is the authority
We don't invent requirements and present them as client decisions. Inferences are labelled. Conflicts are recorded for your review.
Fictional by default
Every seeded person, studio, booking and record is made up. No real personal data, no real payments, no live third-party connections.
Invisible to your client
No ydemos branding anywhere they can see. They get a neutral, accessible AI disclosure under your agency's name.
Consent first
Viewer analytics only start after your client says yes. Declining never blocks the demo. No ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
Who uses the platform
Four roles, clear boundaries.
| Role | What they do | What they can't do |
|---|---|---|
| Agency Owner | Signs up, pays, invites the team, sees every demo in the workspace, manages billing and the domain. | See another agency's work. |
| Team Member | Submits briefs, tracks build progress, shares links, reads feedback and viewer stats. | Change billing or team membership. |
| Client Viewer | Opens a demo link, clicks through the app, joins walkthroughs, leaves CX-Pen feedback. No account needed. | Reach the agency workspace, build timeline or files. |
| ydemos Admin | Sees briefs and builds for support, reviews safety holds, approves free trials and handles refunds. | Act as part of your agency or appear to your client. |
Where we're launching
We're starting with English-speaking agencies in the United States, then the United Kingdom and European Union. Pricing is in USD.
